Returns & Refunds


Eligibility: You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.


Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.


Non-returnable items: Personalized items, and clearance items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.



Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [the chatbot] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.


How to Request a Refund

Late or Missing Refunds
